This is where most of our design juices are squeezed. We consider the Vicinity, use, client's vision and taste, technology, and inevitably the budget.
Although we keep the cost down, we never compromise with the look. We employ design tricks that we do not pull out of the hat but are learned from years of experience together with diligent research based on existing innovations.
We do not second guess client's on what they are expecting to see once a project is finished. We produce drawings to make sure what they see is what they will get.
There will be clients who are involved in the design and building process. We always take advantage of what they may put on the table for the project.
Office & Interior Design
Most of our designs employ wide range of material. The results however are spectacular. We make sure small things make a big difference. Our office design generally reflect the clients vision on how their company positions themselves with the competition.
Designs are fit to make our clients' patrons at home. It may range to a look that creates an ambience of a home living room to a space ship. That wide a range huh?
In the end we want to feel the end users awed but at the same time at home with our designs.
Home Styling
You will be surprised how out of this world homeowners want the way their houses may look. If the budget permits they get their wish. If however the funds are limited, clients may not get waht they want but they wont end up with a frown but a surprised smile.
Our home designs always consider exiting rlrmrnts in a structure and find ways to upcycle existing materials. Keeping in line with our concern with the environment by using less new materials as much as we can. Wood, Stone, and even old bottles can be upcycled with surprisingly beautiful results.
